Charles Bodie is a Partner of Drayton Park Capital, a private investment business that provides turnaround and growth funding to US lower mid-market companies and strategic advice to UK-centric private equity firms. Previously, he was a partner of London-based special situations fund manager Kelso Place Asset Management where he was responsible for the firm’s deal origination, transaction execution and banking relationships. He started his career at Singer & Friedlander, a London-based Merchant Bank, where he focused primarily on the provision of structured credit to lower mid-market companies. Charles holds a Law degree from the University of Sheffield and is both a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and an accredited Member of the Institute for Turnaround.
