Dr. Gregoire P. Bouille is a Co-founder & Managing Partner at A-Nova LLC, a turnaround & strategy advisory firm based in Lausanne. With other ex-CEOs who have also turned their businesses to successful exits, A-Nova offers business development, transformation, restructuring, turnaround and interim management solutions mainly to Family Businesses, SMEs and global corporations.

Thanks to his 25-year of experience in various sectors (Luxury Goods, FMCGs, Food & Tobacco, Biotech & Pharmaceutical, Investment Banking, Durable Customer Goods, Cutlery, Services), Greg has been in contact with many company boards and C-Suite executives both in Switzerland and abroad.

Gregoire Bouille holds a degree in civil engineering, a Master of Science in logistics and supply chain from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), and an MBA from the London Business School. He has completed numerous additional certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt, YPO Singularity University and Value Builder System. In addition to being a serial entrepreneur, Greg is also an YPOer and a certified director for Swiss listed and unlisted companies from the Swiss Board School at the University of St.Gallen.

He sits on several boards, including TMA Global International Committee, the Swiss Turnaround Association, Helvetica Brands, the Jura Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and is the Chairman of Bouille Holding, Bespoke Value Ltd. and Gebson Ltd.

Greg is happily married to his wife Veronique and they have two sons, Jérôme and Maxime.
