Jeroen Knikkink is a highly motivated, ‘can make it happen’ finance professional, operating assignments in Europe, Middle East and Latin America. His operational, financial and interpersonal skills have enabled him to achieve many success for the Food, Construction, (Food) Retail and Agri companies whom contracted him. As Finance Director he has to analyse the problems and rapidly applied new ways of doing things. He has demonstrated to manage companies with a negative Cash flow and / or low (negative) EBITDA. Jeroen has achieved success in these challenging periods by taking the right and sometimes unpopular decisions serving the interest of all stakeholders customers, suppliers, banks, shareholders and employees.

In his early career, Jeroen worked in Finance Director, Controller and Treasury positions, mainly in the retail sector around Europe, Middle East and including several years working in Latin America. From 2005 onwards he undertook many interim Finance Director and Restructuring roles, successfully dealing with challenging turnarounds, mergers, carve-in and out and disposals. Assignments have spanned much of Europe, particularly the Benelux region and Spain as well as various countries in Latin America. Industry sectors include Construction, Retail, FMCG, Import / Export and Food Manufacturing.
