I am the CEO of a fast-growing broadcast & media technology business having with over 20 years experience of M&A, stressed/distressed turnaround, integration, crisis management and restructuring/insolvency experience working for a wide range of stakeholders across a variety of industries during a career which has taken me from a ‘Big 4’ accountancy firm to a major international bank, a global consultancy practice and to building my own successful practice taking hands on leadership roles to support clients through times of challenge or transition.

EACTP certified, JIEB & Lean Six-Sigma qualified I am well-equipped to advise, work with and lead clients on a range of solutions for expanding, divesting, evolving and transforming, under-performing, over-leveraged or near insolvent businesses.

I have held directly engaged turnaround, integration, COO, CFO & CRO roles for a variety of businesses in Europe & the Middle East (including UK, Germany, Cyprus, Belgium, Spain, Gibraltar, Morocco & UAE) and the US and have led M&A transactions in Europe and the USA as well as leading a trans-European workout team for a major international bank, so I understand the challenges stakeholders on all sides face in attempting to preserve, extract & grow value.

I have advised and taken on executive management roles in businesses from $5m - $1bn, focussing on M&A strategy and delivery, crisis management, restructuring, integration and financial/operational performance improvement in industries as diverse as electronics, media broadcast, software, plastics, engineering, automotive, recruitment, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, retail, professional services and textiles, working for owner-managers, family offices, private equity and lenders.
