Michael Cappy is a seasoned executive who has held positions of corporate leadership in a broad range of industries for more than 25 years. His background includes extensive experience in crisis and turnaround management, corporate restructuring and repositioning, insolvency reorganisation, corporate integration, change management, organisational development and strategic planning. Mr Cappy currently serves as managing partner for Gibraltar Foundation Sweden AB and its US parent, Gibraltar Foundation, a professional investment organisation that provides strategic management, private equity and transitional management services to clients and portfolio companies in the US, Europe and Asia. He has also served as President of the Sweden Chapter of Turnaround Management Association, is a regular guest lecturer at many prominent business schools and has co-written several business school cases.
