Peter Tesink is a turnaround professional with more than 20 years of international experience in business recovery and transformation with companies that find themselves in a difficult market - and / or financial phase. He is an empathetic leader who gets results with a drive to explore things off the beaten track. Peter works easily with different cultures and acts quickly in full transparency.

He has been working as a management consultant and in various CFO roles in the Netherlands, France and Singapore in the Consumer Electronics industry.  He completed the turnaround of a global Mobile Phones business after which he sold it to CEC (Chinese – state owned). Peter managed the turnaround of a Television business, which he eventually places in a joint venture (with TPV – largest monitor manufacturer globally). He left this joint venture as CEO to lead TNT's integration into FedEx.

He is an associated partner of Catapult, an independent advisory boutique delivering turnaround management and restructuring support as well as mergers & acquisitions services to companies facing tough and unfamiliar challenges. 

Peter is a Chartered Accountant who graduated from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and will complete his supervisory board training at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 2023.  Peter is fluent in English, German, French and Dutch.
