Vlad has more than 15 years of professional experience in banking, risk management, workout and non-performing loans, business restructuring, financial services - with significant experience in strategic management, both on executive and supervisory positions, corporate finance as well as in complex projects.After serving in different management positions in the banking industry, Vlad had founded Concilium Consulting in 2015 and he is serving ever since as CEO.

Concilium is a “boutique advisory” based in Bucharest, with highly experienced professionals, having expertise in 12 different industries and active in the CEE region. Concilum provides services in turnaround management, corporate finance and M&A – having a particular focus on companies in special situations.  Concilium is listed by EBRD as a supplier of strategic consultancy services for SME’s and is also listed on the panel of different commercial banks as Independent Business Review (IBR’s) provider.

Vlad is an independent member in the TMK Artrom’s Board of Administrators as well as in the Audit Committee. TMK Artrom is a producer in the metallurgical industry, being one of the leading players within the CEE region. He has legal background completed with an Executive MBA from Wienna University and MBA International Residency Program – “Strategies for a Global Company” from University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management.

Vlad is the only Romanian in the Global Executive Board of the Turnaround Management Association, association headquartered in USA having chapters in 52 different countries and more than 10.000 members.He is also a member of the Independent Directors Association –that is affiliated to the International Corporate Governance Network.

Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) and EACTP member, Vlad is a frequent speaker and publisher on turnaround management topics, being also actively involved in the policy making area on restructuring related topics.
