An end of year message from EACTP’s President Alan Tilley
2021: a great year for EACTP
EACTP emerges as a well-respected and well-structured professional body, with a first-class education, examination and certification programme and with a leading faculty in Leiden University.
We are engaged with governments in promoting better practice and changes in the debtor/creditor balance of the legal playing field so that early intervention and operational improvements permit balance sheet redress ahead of insolvency.
We are passionate that consensual corporate rescue saves more going concern value, more jobs and is in the public interest.
My thanks to our energetic board for their efforts beyond the normal call of duty, to Professor Jan Adriaanse of Leiden Business School, and for the support of Scott Stuart and Stacey Williams of the TMA Global team.
